Patient Ambassadors are a community of people who use HFX to manage their chronic pain and have volunteered to share their personal experiences and answer your questions.
To connect with an Ambassador, provide your phone number in the assessment. When you talk with your HFX Coach, you can ask to be connected with an Ambassador. We’ll do our best to match you with an Ambassador who is similar to you.

We need to know your insurance type so we can connect you with an HFX-trained doctor in your area that accepts your insurance.
HFX is covered by all major insurance plans, including Medicare and Tricare. HFX is covered by Medicaid, however Medicaid coverage can vary by state.
